What is the return policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an item has shipped or entered production. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and assist.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All purchases are final sale. Orders cannot be refunded, returned, exchanged, or canceled after shipping or production begins. Additionally, orders of two or more items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Please allow 4–7 weeks for production, plus an additional 1–2 weeks for fulfillment and shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
How much does shipping cost?
