  • Charge back must be immediately overturned if these customers chargeback before this pre order period has ended(Pre-order period is 2-4 days)

Undeliverable Packages:

  • In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
